You can delete your customer account at any time by notifying the responsible party mentioned above. We store and use the data you provide for contract processing. Once the contract has been fully executed or your customer account deleted, your data will be restricted for further use and deleted after the statutory retention periods under tax and commercial law, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use your data for purposes permitted by law, which we inform you about below.

6) USE OF YOUR DATA FOR DIRECT MARKETING

6.1 Subscription to Our Email Newsletter

The results of the credit check, which include probability values (so-called score values), are used by PayPal to decide on the provision of the respective payment method. These score values are based on a scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical process, which includes address data. You may object to this data processing at any time by contacting PayPal. However, PayPal remains entitled to process your personal data if this is necessary for contractual payment processing.
